The fourth and final app in the Advanced Language Therapy series!

Advanced Writing Therapy aims to build upon the foundation laid by Writing Therapy, focusing on phoneme-grapheme correspondence to enhance writing abilities. The app guides users through exercises that involve writing common words and sentences based on dictation, and ultimately encourages independent content creation to elevate their writing skills.

This app offers four activities with integrated therapeutic aids to support individuals with aphasia and other writing disorders:

<ol>
<li>Match: Strengthen sound-letter matching skills by choosing the appropriate graphemes that correspond to the phonemes heard. Pracice working with letter names, consonants, vowels, or blends.</li>
<li>Spell: Hone your spelling proficiency by practicing with common words. The 700 words included in this section are among the most frequently used in English and are supplemented with words based on vowel patterns.</li>
<li>Type: Engage in typing exercises comprised of common sentences ranging from 1-8 words. These 400+ sentences mirror conversations one might have in online chats, text messaging, emails, or social media interactions.</li>
<li>Write: Respond to writing prompts by crafting sentences or paragraphs within functional categories like note-taking, personal information writing, and list-making.</li>
</ol>

The app settings provide customization options such as adjusting difficulty levels, cues availability, and letter case formats for the Match activity. For the Spell activity, users can set word length restrictions, and choose to display or conceal scores for those who benefit from hints. Moreover, the exercises in Type and Write activities are sorted by varying levels of difficulty.
